Meet our Principal, Israel Romero, the Principal of LABAAP and a retired Colonel with 34 years and 6 months of distinguished service.

His extensive background spans marketing, management, talent management, security cooperation, security assistance, international affairs, recruiting, and operations. He has a proven track record of helping companies and individuals achieve remarkable growth in both domestic and international markets, solidifying his reputation as a global leader.

He has excellent capabilities in problem-solving, with the ability to tackle dynamic and recurring challenges. His deep knowledge in negotiation, strategic planning, and project management has enabled us to successfully lead and manage multi-million dollar projects, operations, and brands.

His skills in awareness, analysis, and creativity have been instrumental in fostering meaningful relationships with customers in both the private and public sectors, nationally and internationally.

Throughout his career, he has impacted over 325,000 Army service members in training, logistics, personnel management, and policy implementation. Additionally, he has engaged in intergovernmental affairs on both national and international levels and contributed to six business startups in telecommunications, aviation, occupational health and safety, and law and order.

He has held command positions as Captain, Major, Lieutenant Colonel (twice), and Colonel (twice), honing his leadership and interpersonal qualities. Experience in the US Army has shaped his ability to resolve complex multi-dimensional problems.

Nicole Krystal Romero has a Bachelor & Master’s Degree in Graphic Arts & Animation, from Atlantic University, Puerto Rico. She comes from a second generation of business entrepreneurialism family. She now in charge of Client Relations for LABAAP. She’s completely bilingual with vast knowledge of the topic of digital marketing, animation now responsible for elevating her trusted clients throughout the Americas.
